About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Lead to join our team at Navitas Skilled Futures. As a Regional Lead, you will be responsible for leading our education and training programs in the region, ensuring high-quality delivery and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Management: Develop and implement effective programs to meet the needs of our clients, including the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and the Skills for Education and Employment Program (SEE).
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to deliver high-quality programs and services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry partners.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: Bachelor of Education or equivalent, and post-graduate qualifications in TESOL or Adult Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN)/Basic Education and relevant Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
  • Experience: Significant experience in teaching ESOL programs, coordinating language programs, and leading academic teams.
  • Skills: Strong networking skills, ability to build and maintain effective business relationships, high-level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in a multicultural learning environment.
