Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Workshop Supervisor to oversee the operation of our heavy vehicle fleet workshop.

This is a leadership role where you will be accountable for the performance of the workshop team, driving productivity, safety, and quality at all times.

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of workshop technicians to deliver high-quality servicing and repairs
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards
  • Monitor and drive team performance, providing clear direction and accountability
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a workshop supervisory role
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate a team
  • High-level organisational skills with attention to detail
