We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee the performance of our heavy vehicle fleet workshop.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to deliver high-quality servicing and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflow scheduling, parts requirements, and job allocation
  • Monitor and drive team performance, providing clear direction and accountability
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic trade qualification
  • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a heavy vehicle workshop environment
  • HR/HC driver licence
  • Forklift Licence

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure, excellent communication skills, and high-level organisational skills.
