Compassionate Aged Care Professional

As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of residents at our facility. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive resident histories and assessments to identify care needs.
- Maintaining accurate documentation to reflect care delivery.
- Completing ACFI assessments and contributing to income maximization.
- Developing and implementing resident care plans in collaboration with supervisors.
- Administering medications and ensuring correct ordering, storage, and documentation procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, preferably in aged care.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
- Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
- Strong clinical and documentation skills.
- An understanding of the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument and aged care accreditation process.
