A challenging opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead a busy Early Learning Centre.

The centre is located in a central area with easy access to public transport, catering to less than 130 children at full capacity. It has established itself as a top-tier provider of early childhood education and care, sought after by families within the local community.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Child Services or higher, accompanied by a minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Centre Manager. They should have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), with experience in developing Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).

Required skills include excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to work collaboratively with families and the wider community. Organisational and time management skills are also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the centre's operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering positive relationships with staff, families, and the community.
