About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to guide our team towards delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our children.

The successful applicant will provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse group of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students. They will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that promote excellence in childcare.

Key Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care, with a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar leadership position. Additionally, you will require a Valid Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
