Workday Expert Wanted

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. They will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM project.

  • Become an expert in Workday Recruiting and Learning products with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Recommend solutions based on client requirements, timeframe, and budget.
  • Guide clients through design sessions and configuration decisions using best practices.
  • Engage and support clients throughout all project phases, ensuring smooth transfer to Workday HCM solution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure Workday systems to meet client needs.
  • Test and implement Workday solutions.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction.
  • Work with integration teams to configure and test integrations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Certification in Workday HCM or related field.
  • Experience implementing Workday solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
