Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction on day shift, ensuring that team members produce high-quality products on time and in full to meet customer requirements.
- Lead high-quality standards, cost-effective operations, safe work practices, and sound working relations.
- Take overall control of shift when required, prioritizing safety in all aspects of production operations.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, monitoring inventory and training production personnel.
- Understand and implement quality control standards and conditions, in line with quality procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with supervisory experience.
- Sound coordination, organizing, communication, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work independently at a fast pace.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with initiative for continuous improvement.
- A strong safety focus and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of $40 per hour.
- Full-time hours of 40 hours per week.
