Job Overview

The Business Operations Manager will oversee business support across APAC Operations.

You will lead and empower a team that underpins contract delivery, client service, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business support function ensuring administration, reporting, and account processes are delivered with accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries providing clear communication and effective resolution.
  • Maintain operational databases covering inventory, repairs, subcontractor records, quotations, invoices, and staff leave.
  • Drive purchasing and invoicing activities from supplier quotations and purchase orders through to goods receipts and client billing.
  • Oversee subcontractor management including onboarding, compliance, and financial processes.
  • Support project financials with cost control forecasting and reporting to ensure accountability and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Qualified in Business Administration with the ability to foster a positive inclusive team culture.
  • Experienced leader with a strong background in managing business support compliance and administration within complex technical and operational environments.
  • Organised and adaptable with a focus on achieving outcomes improving processes and building supportive relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in modern ways of working Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative customer-first approach bringing flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
