Job Title: Floor Coordinator/Associate Nurse Unit Manager
">About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Coordinator / Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead our perioperative unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, including staff allocation and direction, patient care coordination, and monitoring efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the perioperative unit to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and information sharing.
- Multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Motivate and lead a team to achieve common objectives and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills. You must also have a compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
