Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Balance daily revenue and expense transactions.
  • Assist with night audit duties, such as reconciling accounts receivable and verifying billing accuracy.
  • Support the manager on duty during emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role; accounting knowledge is highly regarded.
  • Pride in ensuring work accuracy.
  • Computer literacy, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
