We are seeking a dedicated and proactive customer service professional to join our team in Melbourne.

Job Summary:
  • This role involves delivering swift and efficient service to merchants and end customers, handling client-facing calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional front-line service to merchants and end customers, responding to client-facing calls and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  2. Onboard and train merchants on internal platforms, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues, resolving basic technical problems related to merchant accounts, platforms, and transactions.
  4. Ensure timely completion of daily tasks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Maintain set service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues as needed.
  6. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement service improvements and best practices.
  7. Identify and investigate recurring issues, implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Basic technical support experience or familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and leaders, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to handle a high-volume workload, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working arrangements that balance work-life harmony.
