We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to lead our rooms. As a Room Leader, you will inspire children through play-based and interest-focused activities, mentor a team of educators, and create meaningful partnerships with families.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
- Provide high-quality education, development, and care to children, and an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with families.
- Plan and program with support from the OAC Grow Curriculum and EYLF, and maintain ongoing records of the children's development.
- Assist with daily room tasks, such as activity preparation and meal times, and maintain an ongoing commitment to child safety and wellbeing in everyday practices.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised Registered Training Organisation (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications).
- Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience.
- A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development.
- A creative, supportive, and cooperative team player.
