Kids ELC is a privately owned company operating several centres across Queensland. All of our centres have been rated as EXCEEDING the National Quality Standards.

Taigum Kids Early Learning Centre is a Reggio Emilia inspired early learning centre located in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. This beautiful double centre is licensed for 175 places a day across 2 beautiful studios. We are looking for confident and experienced diploma qualified educators to join our existing team. Catering for children aged six weeks to five years, our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry. With a high-quality Sustainability program, large natural playgrounds, and outdoor Ateliers, Taigum Kids Early Learning Centre truly is the centre that Taigum deserves.

We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Diploma Qualified Educators to join our wonderful team. The successful applicants will receive ongoing mentoring from an experienced management team, including an onsite Centre Manager, 2IC, and Educational Leader, as well as a supportive Operations Team and a Leadership & Business Manager.

The successful applicants for these roles will:

  • Take pride in the presentation of the centre
  • Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
  • Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high-quality care for children
  • Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
  • Hold a Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards it)*
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Have an understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework), MTOP, and QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines) if applicable
