Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead our team as a Diploma qualified professional.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing play-based programs for children's education and safety, working closely with colleagues.
  • Managing room documentation, including program planning, journals, and observations.
  • Developing educational programs that promote children's development through observation, planning, and learning experiences.
  • Driving innovation and motivation to lead a centre of excellence in the community.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education with 4+ years experience.
  • Prior Room Leader / Deputy Manager experience is essential.
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates, and Working With Children Check are mandatory.
  • Child Protection Training and comprehensive understanding of EYLF and NQS are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for success.
