Job Title:

A talented corporate lawyer is sought to join our team.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with partners and other team members, representing clients in various corporate and commercial transactions. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including legal research and document drafting, due diligence coordination and review, and drafting and/or reviewing contracts and corporate documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Legal Research: Conduct thorough research on legal matters and provide informed advice to clients.
  • Document Drafting: Prepare high-quality documents for clients, including contracts and agreements.
  • Due Diligence: Coordinate and review due diligence processes to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Contract Review: Review and draft contracts and corporate documents, summarizing key legal issues.
  • Client Advising: Provide expert advice to clients on legal matters.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with partners and other team members to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0-2 years' experience in a reputable corporate practice group or in-house role.
  • Strong drafting skills and legal reasoning.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
