As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving our diversity and inclusion strategy.

This role involves implementing initiatives that promote organisational capability and create an inclusive culture.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and executing diversity strategies, organisational development and communicating with senior leaders.

They will also have influencing skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and be commercially focused and results orientated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop action-oriented plans to implement our D&I strategy
  • Establish governance frameworks to shape a collaborative work environment
  • Collaborate with the business to develop 'fit for purpose' D&I action plans and track progress
  • Prepare and present data insights to inform management decisions
  • Chair the D&I Council and participate in our communities
  • Build and execute a D&I communications plan to ensure awareness across the business

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in D&I strategy and execution
  • Experience in organisational development, talent, learning, and employee experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive and senior business leaders
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Influencing skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and commercial focus
  • Ability to adapt easily to respond to change in a dynamic environment
