Chief Inclusion Officer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to drive the development of inclusive practices and community-focused programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Community Development or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion management roles.
About the Role- The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives for diversity and inclusion.
- This includes leading key projects such as the Adaptive Tennis Development Project and First Nations Regional Engagement Project.
- The selected applicant will partner with internal stakeholders to shape and execute plans, while overseeing the rollout of DE&I frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing inclusive programs and services.
- Lived experience or significant community experience relating to diversity focus communities (preferred).
- Experience within the Sport & Recreation sector (preferred).
