Our organization's commitment to inclusion, diversity and equity is a core aspect of our mission.

We are seeking a proactive professional to drive initiatives in the Asia Pacific region that align with our ID&E strategy.

The successful candidate will focus on key areas such as gender equality, disability inclusion, mental health & wellbeing, and culture/ethnicity inclusion.

This role includes:

  • Designing and implementing ID&E initiatives;
  • Collaborating with committees and business services teams to advance inclusion goals;
  • Developing diversity awareness education programs;
  • Managing office committees to promote ID&E;

For this challenging role, we require a minimum of 12 months but ideally two years of continuous experience in inclusion within professional services.
