We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the capital equipment market. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our presence across your designated territory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in the machinery or equipment sector, with a focus on capital equipment sales. Strong experience in the earthmoving, civil construction, or building industries is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities, including fleet expansions and government construction contracts.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients in the construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regional market demands to adjust sales approaches and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and promotional campaigns tailored to construction and heavy machinery buyers.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Performance: A history of achieving sales targets and driving growth in the machinery or equipment sector.
