Community Association Onsite Manager Job Summary

As a seasoned Community Association Onsite Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of community associations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to board members and residents.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing vendor contracts, obtaining bids, and approving invoices. You will also be responsible for resolving customer service issues, conducting property inspections, and communicating regularly with board members regarding project status and pending tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in COA/HOA onsite management
  2. Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
  3. Pass a background check and drug test
  4. AMS and/or CMCA certification is preferred
