Job Title: Community Association Onsite Manager

This is a mid-senior level full-time role that requires an experienced Onsite Association Manager who is customer service-oriented.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in COA/HOA Onsite management and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize time and priorities with competing demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing vendor contracts and approvals;
  • Resolving customer service issues and conducting property inspections;
  • Responding to Board requirements and attending Board meetings;
  • Communicating regularly with Board members regarding project status and pending tasks;
  • Oversight of staff;
  • Preparation and completion of Action List;
  • Working with the accounting department regarding financials, accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable;

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance;
  • Drug and background check;
  • AMS and or CMCA (Preferred);
