Licensed Community Association Onsite Manager.

The Select Group, Inc. is currently accepting applications for Association Management Onsite Manager with opportunities in Hampton Roads.

This role requires an experienced Community Association Onsite Manager who is customer service-oriented. The Onsite Association Manager will rely on attention to detail and the ability to organize time and priorities with competing demands. You will consistently use your unwavering dedication to customer service and outstanding communication skills.

Job Details:

Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 a year

Job Type: Full-time

Shift and Schedule: 8 hour shift, plus board meetings

Location: Onsite

Benefits: Paid time off

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing vendor contracts, obtaining bids, and approving invoices
  2. Resolving customer service issues and conducting property inspections
  3. Responding to Board requirements and attending Board meetings
  4. Communicating regularly with Board members regarding project status and pending tasks
  5. Preparation of annual budgets
  6. Oversight of staff
  7. Preparation and completion of Action List
  8. Working with accounting department regarding financials, accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable
Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years in COA/HOA Onsite management
  2. Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
  3. Drug and background check
  4. AMS and or CMCA (Preferred)
