Product Management Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end product life cycle ownership for key offerings within the MedTech portfolio.
  • Development of strategic roadmaps and go-to-market strategies ensuring compliance in highly regulated markets.
  • Analysis of market insights and trends to identify opportunities.
  • Pricing strategy definition to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration with R&D, Engineering, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
  • Market insights generation via engagement with customers, clinicians, and key stakeholders.
  • Business case definition, user requirements, and performance metrics to support growth.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in product management across MedTech portfolios.
  • Global product management experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to devise strategic roadmaps.
  • Understanding of clinical environments and regulatory compliance.
  • Owning entire product life cycles.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into viable product offerings.
  • Commercial acumen combined with a strategic mindset.
  • Communication, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Critical thinking and high EQ.
