Senior Product Manager for Innovative MedTech Solutions
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new medical technology products that make a significant impact on patient lives and clinician practices. This is a highly strategic role that requires a strong understanding of clinical environments and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Engineering, Regulatory, and Commercial, to ensure successful product launches and maximize ROI.
3. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product development decisions.
4. Define pricing strategies that balance revenue goals with customer affordability and satisfaction.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, clinicians, and stakeholders to gather insights and inform product development.
6. Ensure alignment between product vision, development, and commercialization efforts.
7. Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in MedTech or a related field.
2. Proven track record of owning the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
3. Strong understanding of clinical environments and regulatory compliance in the MedTech industry.
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization skills.
5. Ability to think critically and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop effective business cases and user requirements.
7. Experience working with Agile methodologies and Lean principles.
