We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in managing the availability of products in our Grocery (Dry Goods) and Dairy departments.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Store Manager to ensure that our store is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and community.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage inventory levels across our non-fresh product range, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain optimal product availability and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with our logistics and supply chain teams to resolve any issues related to product delivery or stock management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to customer queries and concerns regarding product availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, stock levels, and product rotation.

About You:

  • You have previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry, preferably with a focus on inventory management.
  • You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
  • You are highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
