As a Senior UX Designer at WiseTech Global, you will be an integral part of our globally distributed Design team, dedicated to creating innovative solutions for our flagship product, CargoWise.

CargoWise is a complex product that caters to various aspects of global logistics. Our Design team has implemented a hub-and-spoke structure, where embedded Designers work closely with subject matter experts in business units. This approach allows us to tackle challenging interaction problems and provide valuable learning opportunities for all team members.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior UX Designer who can excel in this role and contribute to the success of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Tackling a wide range of challenges of moderate to high complexity, carrying projects through the entire double diamond design thinking process, and developing reliable methods and techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional peers, educating them on the value of modern Product Design, and building trust through excellent collaboration skills and high-quality work outcomes.
  • Pursuing outcomes pragmatically, making decisions even in uncertain situations, and embracing the complexities of the logistics domain.
