Introduction

We're seeking an experienced RTW Expert to join our team at Gallagher Bassett, where we prioritize the well-being of our clients and claimants. As a leader in Workers Compensation management, we offer a collaborative working environment that fosters growth and development.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of physical and mental injury management concepts, with experience in leading teams and coaching others. They'll be responsible for identifying biopsychosocial risk factors, implementing strategic recovery plans, and driving Return-to-Work outcomes for complex psychological claims.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead as a key subject matter expert within your team, providing guidance on recovery and return-to-work strategies
  • Manage a portfolio of high-risk injury claims, supporting injured workers and employers through their recovery journey
  • Collaborate with Senior Case Managers to achieve optimal return-to-work outcomes
  • Develop and implement person-centered recovery plans, focusing on the unique needs of each injured worker
