Lead Workday HCM Consultant Role

This is an opportunity to work on delivering tailored Workday Human Capital Management solutions from design through implementation.

We are looking for a skilled consultant who can configure and customize multiple Workday modules, lead full lifecycle implementations, and provide strategic guidance on best practices.

Key responsibilities include partnering with clients to understand HR requirements, managing project delivery, and advising on system impacts and integration considerations.

  • Drive delivery excellence by working closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with clients to develop tailored Workday HCM solutions that meet their unique business needs.
  • Configure and customize Workday modules to align with client goals and processes.
  • Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations, including Phase X projects and post-production support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of Workday experience with relevant consulting experience.
  • Active Workday Certification (in HCM or relevant modules) required.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functional processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of how Workday configuration impacts cross-functional systems and workflows.
