We're seeking a seasoned Principal Engineer to spearhead our cloud-based solutions, drive innovation, and mentor a talented team. Your Responsibilities
  • Architect scalable, secure, and future-proof systems that meet the needs of our rapidly growing business.
  • Engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from technical conversations to strategic partnerships.
  • Solve legacy system challenges, cross-team hurdles, and big leaps forward, designing solutions that endure.
  • Elevate the team by guiding senior engineers to grow their craft, challenge the status quo, and embrace continuous learning.
  • Shape the future of our technology landscape by working closely with the CTO, product teams, and other leaders.
Your Background
  • A decade of software engineering experience, with 5+ years leading teams or solving big-picture problems as an Architect, Staff Engineer, or Principal.
  • Pedigree in large, reputable businesses where scaling systems is a reality.
  • Deep technical expertise in .NET, C#, Azure, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Proven ability to modernize systems, tackle technical debt, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • A knack for mentorship and communication, able to talk tech with engineers, strategy with executives, and business with stakeholders.

Our estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
