We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Residential Case Management Services, driving transformative change for individuals experiencing homelessness in Melbourne.

  • You will oversee the management of services across two short-term accommodation sites, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting client satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement trauma-informed work practices, leading case management processes and supervising staff to achieve exceptional results.
