Job Opportunity: Team Leaders

We are seeking experienced Team Leaders to join our team and lead our residential services case managers at Open Door and Flagstaff.

  • Lead cultural and programmatic change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pursue social justice and work towards ending homelessness.
  • Deliver high-quality service delivery and create high-functioning teams.

The successful candidates will have:

  • A degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • High-level sector knowledge and skills attained through previous appointments, service, and study/development.
  • Relevant experience in supervising and coaching staff and managing change.
  • Strong communication, written, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and ensure service delivery outcomes meet targets.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading an effective and high-functioning team of Case Managers who provide holistic case planning support to residents at Flagstaff and The Open Door and ongoing outreach support upon exit from TSA Residential services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Case Management Team to provide person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services.
  • Ensure practice models, program guidelines, and service delivery targets are achieved.
  • Support the development of high-quality services that improve the health, wellbeing, and housing outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.
