Homelessness Services Manager Role

The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) is committed to creating equal opportunities for all Victorians to live a safe, respected and valued life.

We work in various community-based settings, including people's homes, residential facilities and secure settings across metropolitan, rural and regional Victoria.

We are seeking an accomplished Homelessness Services Manager to oversee and continuously improve existing homelessness programs that offer rapid access to services and emergency accommodation.

This key role will lead projects and provide guidance on the delivery and continuous improvement of existing programs supporting people at risk of or experiencing homelessness to sustain their housing.

  • Develop effective monitoring and quality improvement initiatives to meet strategic objectives for the delivery of existing homelessness services.
  • Lead critical projects and review processes and procedures to enhance service delivery and achieve better outcomes for individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
  • Present the implementation and delivery of service design initiatives.
