About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Selection Criteria
  • A bachelor's degree in Social Work from a recognized institution.
  • Eligibility for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits
