Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused leader to support our North Lakes team in delivering exceptional service in a menswear store.

About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including team supervision and driving sales. You will lead by example on the shop floor, delivering outstanding customer service and styling advice. Your key responsibilities will include helping customers find the perfect fit for weddings, races, formals, and milestone moments, supporting stock control, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is presented to a premium standard.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations and supervising a small, close-knit team
  • Providing exceptional customer service and styling advice on the shop floor
  • Supporting stock control and visual merchandising to ensure a premium store presentation
  • Contributing to rostering and training to help the team achieve their goals
  • Stepping up to run the store in the manager's absence

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a hands-on, customer-focused leader with great communication skills and a genuine passion for menswear, tailoring, or retail fashion. Previous retail experience, ideally in a leadership or senior sales role, is essential. Weekend and late-night trade availability is also required.
