About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Operations Coordinator at Wall Street. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Operations Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders through clear and concise communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
