As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the planning, delivery, and coordination of our event workforce, ensuring seamless execution of events across our five venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Scheduling: Develop and implement efficient workforce scheduling strategies to meet the needs of our events, ensuring adequate support for our venues and guests.
  • Event Day Workforce Operations: Provide exceptional support to our event workforce on event days, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Workforce Development Projects: Support key projects such as recruitment, learning and development, equipment management, and policy development to ensure our workforce is skilled, knowledgeable, and equipped to deliver exceptional experiences.
