**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Organise team and workflow through production.
  • Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frame.
  • Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.
  • Check repairs are completed correctly at each stage and complete final quality assurance sign off.
  • Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • A minimum two years previous experience in a leadership capacity within a Collision repair environment.
  • A trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting.
  • Inspirational leadership and great people management skills.
  • A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity.
  • A commitment to quality and the customer experience.
  • The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability.
