
Lead Collision Repair Production Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Organise team and workflow through production.
- Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frame.
- Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.
- Check repairs are completed correctly at each stage and complete final quality assurance sign off.
- Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- A minimum two years previous experience in a leadership capacity within a Collision repair environment.
- A trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting.
- Inspirational leadership and great people management skills.
- A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity.
- A commitment to quality and the customer experience.
- The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability.
