The Role: Repair Centre Manager – Victoria

Are you ready to take the wheel and lead with impact? We're seeking motivated Repair Centre Managers to lead our AMA Collision teams across Victoria. In this key leadership role, you'll report to the State Area Manager and oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in the automotive industry.
  • A trade qualification (Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or related field).
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on performance and outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Full Australian working rights.
