Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with centre managers to develop and implement production strategies
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role within the collision repair industry
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Ability to prioritise, delegate, and meet deadlines
  • A solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
