We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our property operations, driving strategic growth and excellence across our national portfolio.

About the Opportunity

You will oversee the full lifecycle of our properties, from network development and site acquisition to capital planning, leasing, and facilities management.

Key Focus Areas:
  • Network Growth: Lead portfolio optimisation, greenfield acquisitions, and strategic divestments, leveraging your expertise in real estate strategy and market trends.
  • Capital Works: Drive end-to-end delivery of upgrades and new builds with a focus on safety, quality, and user experience, ensuring seamless integration with our operational framework.
  • Leasing: Strengthen governance, commercial terms, and landlord relationships across our national leasehold portfolio, fostering collaborative partnerships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Facilities: Implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions for preventative and reactive maintenance, enhancing our property assets and reducing costs.
  • Technology & Reporting: Introduce best-in-class platforms and transparent reporting frameworks for strategic decision-making, empowering our leaders with actionable insights and data-driven decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Build a high-performing, collaborative property team aligned to a mission-driven culture, promoting innovation, diversity, and inclusion.

You will bring senior leadership experience managing complex, multi-site property portfolios, strong capability across acquisitions, leasing, divestments, asset strategy, and capital project delivery. You must have commercial acumen with advanced financial modelling and negotiation skills, a pragmatic, people-first leadership style, and a deep understanding of WHS, compliance, and operational risk.
