Senior Property Manager Opportunity

Our commercial agency is looking for a senior property manager to oversee the end-to-end management of our industrial/commercial property portfolio.

This role involves taking full ownership of your own portfolio, establishing and growing the property management division, driving financial performance and client satisfaction, providing trusted advisory to landlords and tenants, and mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an industrial/commercial property portfolio from initial onboarding to lease renewal and rent review
  • Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and compliance with legislation, WHS, and tenancy requirements
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, drive proposals, and engage with landlords
  • Lead tenant onboarding, inspections, maintenance coordination, and mentor junior team members
