Director of Portfolio Development

The Portfolio Director will lead the strategic direction and operational performance of a diverse national portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive strategic asset plans, leading and mentoring department heads and teams, collaborating across functions to align strategy and investor outcomes, and establishing strong relationships with major tenants and investors.
Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business or related field (MBA or advanced degree highly regarded)
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial, industrial and/or retail asset management or funds management, with demonstrated success in managing large, complex portfolios
- Proven leadership experience managing medium to large teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modelling, investment analysis and risk management
- Deep understanding of property markets, leasing, development processes and value-add initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
This is a pivotal leadership role, collaborating closely with senior executives to deliver strategic asset plans that align with the company's investment strategies.
