We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Property Portfolio Officer to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to apply your knowledge and skills in property management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist property advice across a diverse portfolio, including commercial and residential leases, boat harbour agreements, and advertising or telecom contracts.
  • Oversee leasing arrangements for commercial and residential properties, boat harbours, and advertising infrastructure, ensuring value-for-money, efficiency, and performance in property operations.

The role involves rotating across two core teams: Residential Property Management and Commercial Property Management. You will develop practical skills in property leasing, tenancy management, maintenance coordination, and asset management. Additionally, this position provides opportunities for professional development through mentoring, on-the-job coaching, and networking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Property, Bachelor of Property Economics, or Bachelor of Business (Property)
