As a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey of our workforce.

  • Design and Deliver Impactful Learning Programs: Develop engaging digital and face-to-face content to build capability across all levels of the organisation.
  • Optimise Our LMS Platform: Ensure a seamless learner experience by optimising our Learning Management System (Detmold Learning).
  • Develop High-Quality Content: Utilise tools like Articulate 360, Canva, and Adobe to create compelling digital and face-to-face content.
  • Lead Leadership Development: Evolve our Leadership Competency Framework through the 'Lead the Way' program.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Identify capability gaps and create targeted learning pathways with stakeholders.
  • Support Onboarding and Employee Engagement: Provide tailored learning journeys to support onboarding and employee engagement.
  • Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Use data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion a Culture of Continuous Learning: Align with our values, DEI principles, and strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualification in Learning & Development: A qualification in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Organisational Psychology.
  • Certification in Instructional Design: Certification in instructional design, e-learning development, or coaching (e.g., Cert IV TAE, ATD, CIPD).
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience designing and delivering blended learning programs.
  • Strong Facilitation and Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • LMS Platform Experience: Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe, Canva).
  • Growth Mindset: A growth mindset, curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Manufacturing or Multi-Regional Organisation Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or multi-regional organisation is an advantage.
