Learning Program Specialist

The key objective of this role is to provide high-quality early learning programs and services to children and their families.
About the Position- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members.
- Lead classroom activities with enthusiasm, engaging educators, families, and children to implement educational programs.
- Implement and utilise the Goodstart Practice Guide in collaboration with the Education Leader to deliver high-quality education programs and practice.
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
- Contribute positively to delivering the Centre and business plans.
