Senior managers are required to lead the audit team in delivering effective and efficient audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish clear audit objectives and manage a team of auditors to achieve these objectives.
  • Identify and report on financial risks relevant to external reporting requirements.
  • Execute and deliver multiple audit engagements in a timely and methodical manner.
  • Prepare high-quality audit reports and related documentation.
  • Mentor and develop team members through each project engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and multitasking.
  • Research and resolve complex audit technical issues as a trusted advisor.
Requirements:
  • Audit experience in a mid-tier or Big 4 professional services firm is essential.
  • CA qualification or similar overseas qualification is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities to provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborative approach with diverse internal stakeholders.
