In this Senior Consultant/Senior Manager - Merchant Pricing & Portfolio Performance, you will join our Merchant Pricing and Portfolio Management Team that is doubling down on owning and winning together.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of pricing strategies for Merchant Services across all NAB customer segments, considering profitability, product and partnership strategy, and overall NAB relationship value.
  • Support and manage analysis of the competitive environment to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and differentiation while considering broader economic and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the delivery of end-to-end pricing value chain, ensuring processes and controls are robust and in line with NAB's internal standards including pricing frameworks, governance/compliance, and pricing modelling.
  • Support, manage and contribute to strategic and BAU initiatives as required, including business case modelling and analysis.
  • Support and contribute to regulatory reporting.
  • Support and manage broader business revenue reporting insights and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with domain, sales, operations, and finance teams to align pricing models, decisions, and changes with business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Experience in banking ideally in a pricing or product management function.
  • Experience in managing pricing models and data models, understanding end to end process value chains that manage profitability across the customer lifecycle and risk.
  • Proven track record of delivery with attention to detail.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Stakeholder and communications across cross-functional groups.
  • Understanding of regulatory, risk and compliance environment in banking/finance.
  • Business financial understanding.
