Senior Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our senior leadership team. This is a key role in the management and oversight of our financial assets, requiring strategic thinking and commercial acumen.

  • Provide high-level financial advice to senior executives, including considerations from a governance and risk perspective.
  • Interpret complex financial data to inform business decisions, relative to costs, budgets policies or operations, trends and increased profit possibilities.
  • Develop and implement schedules for financial reporting in accordance with statutory and management requirements.
  • Collaborate on the development, refinement and consolidation of annual and long-range business plans and budgets.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key external providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, providing expert knowledge and guidance as required.
Requirements:
  • A degree level qualification with professional accounting certification, such as CPA or CA.
  • 10-15 years' experience at a senior level in finance or a related field.
  • Excellent business analysis skills combined with the ability to influence senior managers.
  • Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams, mentoring talent, and cultivating a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Proven skills in managing significant financial systems and processes.
  • Expert knowledge of accounting standards and taxation issues.
  • Ability to work in an office environment and travel when required.
  • Advanced PC and Microsoft Office literacy.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
