About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Enterprise Resilience team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery, implementation, and performance of our Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Framework (CIRMF).

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Enterprise Resilience (Critical Infrastructure Resilience), you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of our Enterprise Resilience assurance program. This role will enable compliance with obligations and national expectations of nbn as a critical infrastructure owner and operator.

You will work closely with our Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management capabilities to ensure nbn remains proactive in meeting public expectations and legislative requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in infrastructure management, risk management, assurance, or a similar field. Experience in implementing enterprise-level assurance programs and managing infrastructure risks is highly valued.

You will have excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, to manage stakeholders and present comfortably at all levels. Collaboration and teamwork are essential in this role, as you will work closely with our team to achieve common goals.
